Season’s Greetings from CODESP!
With the holidays fast approaching, we would like to take a moment to wish all our customers a bright and happy holiday season. We are thankful for all those who continue striving to make the public service the best it can be. In order to allow our staff to celebrate the holiday season, the CODESP office will be closed or have very minimal staff coverage from December 22, 2025 through January 2, 2026. We will resume normal business hours Monday, January 5, 2026.
As a reminder, we request 10 business days for all test material requests. We strive to fill all requests promptly, but during our busiest times and the holidays, this is not always possible. Please note that this schedule will affect all standard requests submitted as follows: Requests submitted on December 10th will be filled on or before December 30th; Requests submitted after December 10th will be filled on or after January 5, 2026. If it is possible for us to fill requests sooner, we will make every effort to do so. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly. Do note that any requests requiring additional time for new development may not follow this timeline. Please contact us directly if you have any questions pertaining to new development.
Also, please note that technical support for online testing issues may not be immediately available during this time period. We will periodically be checking emails, so should you need assistance during that time, please email us and we will respond when possible.
