Membership Information

Full-Year Membership

The membership year begins on July 1, but new districts can become CODESP members at any time during the year.

Membership services are available after registering with CATS and submission of a Purchase Order or Check for $1,750.00. If a Purchase Order is submitted, a check must follow within 45 days.

Returning members to CODESP must submit an Intent to Rejoin CODESP by July 1 and payment by Purchase Order or Check must be received by September 30. Districts are required to update their membership information found on CATS when changes occur; please check this area frequently.

All Public School Districts, including County Offices of Education, Community Colleges, State Colleges and Universities, RCOPs, Charter Schools and other Special Schools are eligible for CODESP Membership.


Mid-Year Membership

CODESP also offers a mid-year membership program ($875.00). This membership program requires an additional commitment of a full-year membership ($1,750.00) for the following year. The Mid-year membership runs from January 1 - June 30 of each year and the registration process begins on November 1.


Districts With ADA of 1,000 or Less

CODESP offers free membership to districts with an ADA of 1,000 or less, as long as their county office of education is a current member of CODESP. If you meet these criteria and qualify for free membership you can register here .
